How I Can Help your family
My work is deeply influenced by my own personal experiences, which have led me to specialize in children’s health and chronic conditions. These areas are especially close to my heart, and I am passionate about supporting individuals and families in finding gentle, effective paths toward healing.
Children’s Health Support
I work with children who experience a wide range of emotional, neurological, and developmental challenges. Many children struggle with stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional sensitivity, or sudden mood changes and may have difficulty calming themselves or regulating their emotions. My approach is gentle and individualized, supporting each child’s unique emotional and nervous system needs.
I also support children with sensory processing challenges. These children may overreact to everyday stimuli such as noise, textures, clothing tags, or bright lights. Some may avoid touch, while others seek excessive movement such as spinning or crashing. These sensory differences can lead to intense emotional reactions, difficulty focusing, and challenges with settling or self-regulation. Supporting the nervous system can help children feel safer, calmer, and more balanced in their bodies.
In addition, I work with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), where children may struggle with attention, impulse control, and activity levels. I also support children on the Autism Spectrum, who may experience differences in social communication, repetitive behaviors or strong interests, sensory sensitivities, and a strong need for routine and predictability.
I provide support for children with learning differences, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, as well as children with Tourette syndrome and tic disorders. My goal is to address the whole child emotionally, physically, and neurologically while offering compassionate care that supports long-term well-being and whole body healing.
